An email address (or a phone number or Google account) and a browser. No drawing software, tablet or drawing skill is needed. A fragment of an idea is enough; you shape it with the editorial AI from there.

How CromStudio works
Here is the flow from nothing to a first finished work. Sign-up is free and AI generation uses coins. Detailed steps for each stage are in the guides below.
First-time CromStudio users receive 1,000 coins. They can only be spent on generation inside Studio and expire 90 days after they are granted.
How coins and pricing work
AI generation consumes coins. Coins are bought or granted monthly with a subscription. The coins each feature needs are shown on screen before you run. Entering settings and manuscripts, and publishing, cost nothing.

Create an account
Sign up with an email address (verified by code), a phone number or a Google account. You can start right after.

Create characters
Register the main characters first. Decide face, hair and outfits and adopt a model sheet, and later artwork keeps the same look.

Fix the plot and screenplay
Build the work's plot and turn it into per-episode screenplays. Ask the editorial AI for consultation and diagnosis.

Turn it into manga, anime or a story
Generate pages from the screenplay, or generate video per scene for anime. You can also write it as a branching story driven by reader choices.

Dialogue, sound and languages
Set speech bubbles and dialogue audio, sound effects and BGM, and if needed prepare other-language editions with translation and dubbing.

Publish
Publish the finished work episode by episode to the crom manga app. The offer type follows the service policy and revenue from reads is shared.

How long does one episode take?
It depends on length and detail, but once characters and structure are set, artwork proceeds page by page. You can save and continue later.
Does it work on a smartphone?
It runs in a browser. For fine work such as artwork and timeline editing a computer is recommended.
